Informed Funds Breaks the Mold

Informed Funds LLC is a private asset management company which seeks out and raises money for both systematic and discretionary fund managers, who have demonstrated an ability to generate superior risk adjusted returns. In an industry where professionally managed accounts are generally available only to the wealthiest of clients, Informed Funds breaks the mold by offering access to top money managers and strategies, with as little as $5000.

Our Strategies

Our first two strategies were acquired from FXCM, who exited the managed program business in January of 2009, due to anticipated regulatory changes proposed by the National Futures Association (“NFA”) prohibiting Forex Dealer Members ("FDMs") from having discretionary trading authority on customer accounts. Informed Funds’ owner and CEO David Waring, is a former Managing Director at FXCM, who oversaw the launch of the FXCM Managed Accounts program and first year of trading. Because of this experience, David has intimate knowledge of what to look for in a potential strategy, and was therefore pleased to be offered the opportunity to continue offering these strategies here at Informed Funds.
